Refund policy


We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each AARUVINI piece. As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold.

However, in the following scenarios, it is possible to exchange the product:

  1. Size Exchanges: We understand that finding the perfect fit is crucial, and we are happy to accommodate size exchanges. If you receive an item that doesn't fit as expected, please inform us within 72 hours of delivery. We will gladly exchange it for the correct size, subject to availability. Requests made after this timeframe may not be accommodated. We also provide free first pickup and drop alteration service for the garment. Thereafter, every subsequent alteration of up to one garment will be charged a standard fee of ₹300. Charges for alteration of more than one garment will vary on the number of garments.
  2. Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a size exchange, the item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags attached. It should be returned in the same packaging it was received in. You will only be eligible for an exchange if the returned product passes the quality check. Aaruvini is not liable for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.
  3. Availability: Size exchanges are subject to availability. In case the requested size is unavailable, we will provide you with alternative options or offer a store credit for future purchases.
  4. Delivery Timeline: We deliver within the domestic region in 8-12 working days. This means customers can expect to receive their orders within that timeframe after placing them.
